#1: Transposon Mutagenesis Insertion Sequences

Below are some pdf files on the construction of the transposon we used in the Institute (Larsen et al), hints for using the EPICENTRE transformation-version of the transposon (Helpful hints for using transposomes), and a recent paper on a modified version of the transposon for use in Bacillus and hopefully other Gram positive bacteria (EZTn5 custom transposon for Bacillus).
